Horrible Customer Service I contacted internet service for Bennet about a new vehicle. I was referred to a salesman who was patient with my work schedule. Finally came in Sat I contacted internet service for Bennet about a new vehicle. I was referred to a salesman who was patient with my work schedule. Finally came in Saturday morning to work a deal. Justin was busy so he asked if I could come back later in the day. When I came back He was still busy, but asked another salesman Erik to help him out. The second salesman Erik seemed disgusted with the day and was vocal in the dealership about "the morons that the Internet service sends in on Saturday's". Mind you, there were other customers in the dealership besides me. So he started going through the usual deal startup paperwork, and when he called to get a payoff for my trade, he was again vocal about having to talk to a person referring to him with an ethnic slur and calling him stupid as well. It was late in the afternoon Saturday, so both Justin and Erik said they would contact the banks on Monday , then give me a call. Around noon, I talked to the Erik about information clarification on my wife's credit app that I had submitted the day before. He said he would get to work on it. At 3pm I called the dealership looking for the salesman, but he wasn't around. The person taking the calls said she would have him call me. At 4pm I called the dealership and Erik said the finance people were in a meeting, and as soon as they were done he would call. He said they were currently working some numbers. I never received a callback that day. I texted the Justin and expressed my dissatisfaction with their service. He apologized, but I still have no idea if a deal this deal is possible. Guess I'm just a moron. More
