Matthews Nissan was disorganized. I was told a rust proofing would be $700, then on the invoice it was $995. But the salesman, Justin did make good on it by writing out a personal c I was told a rust proofing would be $700, then on the invoice it was $995. But the salesman, Justin did make good on it by writing out a personal check to cover the difference. Then I was told the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Went in filled out the paperwork, paid, and then was told that "the parts will be in later this week". So, the trailer hitch had not been installed. It took 1 1/2 weeks more for the receiver to come in and be installed, and another week for the hitch to arrive. The advertisedment said clean FAX. But the FAX report had minor damage on it, and the driveshaft had been replaced before. The vehicle is nice, but Matthews was very disorganized. More

I have leased with Nissan since 2009 and have never experienced such a friendly, make you feel at home dealership! I always stress out when it comes time to change vehicles but never felt more relaxed and cared for at Matthews! I will definitely be back! More
