He took the time to explain all of the repairs needed on my 2002 Toyota. The repairs took 10 hours so Justin arranged a rental car for me and kept me posted on the repairs. I appreciated this so much because I live in Union County, work in Uptown Charlotte and could not be without transportation. The service department was very busy but very organized! The waiting area was very comfortable. You can even get your nails done while you wait! When my car was ready, everyone I encountered was very friendly. I will highly recommend Scott Clark Toyota to family and friends. Thank you Justin Bustle! More

First Visit to SC Toyota Cleanliness. Feeling welcomed. Super courteous. Car out on time (actually a few minutes early). Very nice and spacious waiting area. My car is a 2013 Cleanliness. My car is a 2013 (90k) Corolla and I've had it serviced completely by Toyota dealers about every 5k miles...from Houston, to Seattle, to OBX, to Charlotte. All the dealers across the nation have be super, but Scott Clark was just a couple of notched above the rest. From when I rolled into the service area until I rolled out...everything was perfect.
