Epic Thanks to Justine Bustle The Friday before July 4 I was close to completing my errands and suddenly my Toyota Camry starting operating very differently and wrong. I made it h The Friday before July 4 I was close to completing my errands and suddenly my Toyota Camry starting operating very differently and wrong. I made it home to put groceries away and called Justine Bustle of Scott Clark Toyota to explain how my Camry was acting. Mr. Bustle told me what it could be from what I explained to him and of course suggested to bring it in for service to locate the problem. Being that it was very busy from customers bringing in their autos for service before the holiday Mr. Bustle was graciously accommodating with his pleasing professionalism. As it turned out Mr. Bustle was on point with what he previously told me what could be wrong with my Camry and since then my Camry has been operating smoothly. Therefore, I give an "EPIC THANK YOU TO JUSTINE BUSTLE" for his extreme help and professionalism in helping me with my Toyota Camry. Scott Clark is fortunate to have such a dedicated and professional employee. More

Scott Clark Toyota Top 10 I purchased my 1999 Toyota Camry from Scott Clark Toyota in 2008. Shortly after I purchased my Camry a friend sent me to her auto mechanic because of I purchased my 1999 Toyota Camry from Scott Clark Toyota in 2008. Shortly after I purchased my Camry a friend sent me to her auto mechanic because of a leak I had but they could not find where the leak was coming from. People always say Dealerships are more expensive but regardless I deal with quality service. Since then I have gone to Scott Clark Toyota and they located where the leak was coming from. I have been with Scott Clark Toyota since then where Justin Bustle has always without a beat gave me information on my Camry to keep it running smooth like a new car. Because of this I treat my Camry like a newly purchased car watching where I park and depending on Mr. Bustle to let me know what I need to keep it running smoothly as it does today. I cannot say that I've been scammed by Scott Clark Toyota or Justin Bustle so whenever I can purchase another vehicle I will purchase from Scott Clark Toyota especially when Justin Bustle is working there. Service center I have used Toyota service center here on Ind I being living North Carolina for 7 years and actually I've been a customer for a Toyota for the last 20 years. Solid I had a positive experience during my last visit, however on several occasions when I work with a new or unknown service rep, they recommend items whi I had a positive experience during my last visit, however on several occasions when I work with a new or unknown service rep, they recommend items which I do not need. For example tge time before last the rep suggested in emphatic terms that I should buy 4 new tires. I recieved second and third opinions from Firestone, and an inedpendent mechanic. They both stated that the tires were perfectly fine. This is just one example. More

Fixed problem I had rotor issues. Justin had the mechanic work on them at no cost since I was having something else done. When I got the car back, it still pulsed w I had rotor issues. Justin had me come back when the foreman was working to save me labor costs and the foreman put on new back rotors and brake pads for a reasonable cost. More
