Service Repair I recently had a service repair with Scott Clark Toyota. They did a great job. My service manager was Justin Bustle and he was great. He's really patient and did a good job of being honest with me and taking care of my service needs. I also had a follow up question a few days later and he got back to me and took care of the situation. I will be returning to him for my future service needs. I also appreciated the shuttle service they provided to drop me off at my house and pick me up. The driver Duane was really nice and friendly. Overall it was a great experience. More

Bad starter My 2007 Tundra would not start!! Towed it to Scott Clark Toyota about 5pm, talked to Justin Bustle the service writer whom I've dealt with for years o My 2007 Tundra would not start!! Towed it to Scott Clark Toyota about 5pm, talked to Justin Bustle the service writer whom I've dealt with for years on all my service needs, By 6pm he had me an answer to my problem. I am however somewhat frustrated that on my last major repair the problem I have now was not foreseen as something that might need to be addressed. I have always been pleased with the advice of the service reps and the work of the mechanics. I think this was just a case where timing was not in my favor. More
