I also had a follow up question a few days later and he got back to me and took care of the situation. I will be returning to him for my future service needs. I also appreciated the shuttle service they provided to drop me off at my house and pick me up. The driver Duane was really nice and friendly. Overall it was a great experience. More

I am however somewhat frustrated that on my last major repair the problem I have now was not foreseen as something that might need to be addressed.
