While I waited for the car to be serviced, I got my nails done and the nail technician was sweet as always. It's such a treat to have my nails freshened up and looking pretty! Does ANYONE look forward to a Service appt.? It may not happen every time, but the Service Department was able to take my vehicle on a Saturday... during a holiday week, with only 30 minutes noti It may not happen every time, but the Service Department was able to take my vehicle on a Saturday... during a holiday week, with only 30 minutes notice from me. Even though I only told him that I needed regular service (oil change, fluid check etc.) and a state inspection, Justin came back and reminded me that there was another service I had put off the last them I had been in. Last year I made the mistake of taking my car to one of those NC inspection stations thinking it would be quick and easy....WRONG! This year almost missing my deadline, I called Justin and he said to bring it in and he would take care of it. Not only was it faster than last year, but I enjoyed sitting in your nice lounge area as opposed to a plastic chair and questionable smell! No more listening to my friend! I will also suggest to my friends that your service dept. Is not just for problems with their cars, but for NC inspections as well! More

Recently while at Myrtle Beach, S. C. We had sudden malfunction of our drivers side window. It was stuck half-open. Sparks Toyota diagnosed,after two hours,that I needed "a PART", not in stock but available in? 3days. Upon leaving I called Justin Bustle's cell phone. He correctly diagnosed the problem which did NOT require a n expensive part-simply adjustment. Saved time and money on return to Charlotte and Justin. Thank goodness for Justin and Scott Clark Toyota , not to mention the care and excellent service we receive from all of their employees-especially Evette Taft and Mike Black!! Signed. This is a "Better Late Than Never" deserved compliment for Mr. Justin Bustle on two different service visits. A few weeks ago I brought my 1999 Toyota Camry in to have my tires rotated. Upon completion for Mr. Justin Bustle on two different service visits. A few weeks ago I brought my 1999 Toyota Camry in to have my tires rotated. Upon completion Mr. Bustle informed me I had another problem with my car and I thought "oh no more money". He then told me this problem was already fixed because he had a coupon and applied it to the service. THANK GOD!! In comparison with two other auto service shops people say Auto Dealerships like Scott Clark Toyota are more expensive when it comes to servicing your auto. I have found my experience with Scott Clark Toyota and Justin Bustle to be reasonable and of quality service. On my second service visit to Scott Clark Toyota I came in to purchase new tires and have them installed on my car. Before coming in I gathered information from tire dealerships. Because I have dealt with Justin I contacted him for information on tires and he gave me better information than the tire dealships. I purchased my new tires from Scott Clark Toyota because of Mr. Bustle's information. In short, once again I am grateful not only to Mr. Justin Bustle but to Scott Clark Toyota for having an A+ service and an A+ employee. Thank you again! Jeanette Russell More

I came in for service work on my truck and dealt with Justin as my service writer. Justin was very helpful in telling me the required service that was due on my truck. After my service was completed which was in the time range I was told, I Had the pleasure to meet Melissa who is such a friendly girl with a pretty smile. She was very helpful in explaining the services and pricing details of the bill. While paying for my bill Michael took to the time to say hello,and make sure I had no further questions. It's great to have my truck serviced knowing what I had done and working with such a friendly group of honest employees. More
