Since we live 4. 5 hours away, and we were purchasing a used car, we had lots of questions and Justin answered all of them and sent photos and videos as I had requeste 5 hours away, and we were purchasing a used car, we had lots of questions and Justin answered all of them and sent photos and videos as I had requested. What a pleasure to work with him! Heather kept in touch as well. Trading in our current vehicle was also a very positive experience. My salesperson, JustinCantor, was great. I told him what I was looking for and he found several Broncos for me to consider. He answered the questions I had, the vehicle pricing negotiations went great and he was very accommodating in helping me evaluate a few trim models until I felt great about my final choice. Justin Cantor made my car buying experience the easiest I've ever had. I was looking for a Ford Transit Passenger Van which are not the easiest to find. After finding one online that was two hours away, I contacted Paramount Ford and Justin was very responsive. After our first call I had a personal video, he made sent to me going over some of the features I asked about. It was a very nice personal touch that gave me even more confidence to make the two-hour drive to check it out. No pressure at the dealership and the whole sales process went smoothly. I am extremely happy with Justin and recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. On the internet side Heather Childers made sure I had everything I needed and was quick to follow up with any questions I had. More
