I had truly considered purchasing a different vehicle from another dealer. I happened to drop in to this dealership on my way to another dealership where I had set up a test drive. After sitting and waiting for quite a while, a guy came to assist me and when he presented me with “rock bottom pricing” that had over $7,000 in unnecessary add-ons, I left. I went back to capital Volkswagen and bought a Volvo! Their customer service was superb and these two guys made the purchase easy and pleasant. I will recommend to everyone in need of a new car. More

Justin Carter was also very efficient and quick with finalizing my financing, registration and new license plate. I will be coming back in the future when I need another vehicle. I was very pleased by the salesman Mr. Will singleton. A month prior I was looking for a vehicle and he was helpful via phone call. But unfortunately, things came up and I wasn't available to test drive the month prior I was looking for a vehicle and he was helpful via phone call. But unfortunately, things came up and I wasn't available to test drive the vehicle. But a month later..the type of vehicle that I saw was still there on the lot. I called Will he was the one that answered the phone...I told him I spoke with him earlier..he remembered...we set up a time to test drive later that same day. He answered of questions..he was very nice and professional. My mom was pleased we both were. And I'm glad Will made the process easy. Definitely, I will be back to puchase another vehicle...😃😍🥰 Thku Will!! More

After reading many reviews and our research lead us to Capital Volkswagen Volvo Porsche of Tallahassee. At first I was like a bit skeptical of the auto salesman Adam Kelly who looked as young as my grands Capital Volkswagen Volvo Porsche of Tallahassee. At first I was like a bit skeptical of the auto salesman Adam Kelly who looked as young as my grandson. Shocker! His insight and passion for the Capital Dealership was inspiring. He carefully LISTENED to our dreams and answered our numerous questions. Adam, the financial representative Justen, and ancillary staff were down right AMAZING! The 170 mile drive from Pace, Florida was well worth it! We finalized on a Macan 2021 and were not only happy and satisfied but extremely content!
