Making the appointment was easy it was just a quick phone call no problem. Got to the dealer five minutes before the appointment someone who had pulled in at almost the exact time I did got in and out before call no problem. Got to the dealer five minutes before the appointment someone who had pulled in at almost the exact time I did got in and out before me that’s OK, but I had to wait an hour, even the people in front of me had to wait an hour so I don’t know how busy your technicians were at the end of my visit. Justin came out to tell me that I needed a water pump and a list of other things that totaled about $1000 which I cannot afford the water pump will be covered under the extended warranty that I purchased when I bought the vehicle. The name of the warranty company is called protective asset protection. I explained some of that to Justin, but I couldn’t remember the name of the company now if you can pass this on to him that way he can research it so when I call back to make an appointment, he’ll have some of the information already in front of him. I will try to make an appointment for the oil change water pump as soon as I can. More
