From the moment you arrive until you get your vehicle back, you can tell that customer service and making sure the job is done right are priorities. Dustin and Brooks in particular do an outstanding job. They are both extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. They take the time to actually listen to your concerns instead of making you feel rushed, and they do a great job of explaining what is going on with your vehicle and what needs to be done. Communication during a vehicle repair is incredibly important to me, and they make sure you aren't left wondering what is happening or when your vehicle will be ready. What I appreciate most is the level of honesty and attention they give their customers. Dustin and Brooks make you feel like they genuinely care about getting your vehicle fixed correctly rather than simply trying to get you in and out the door. If there is a question or concern, they take the time to address it and make sure you understand everything before moving forward. The technicians and the rest of the service team deserve recognition as well. Everything is handled professionally, the repairs are completed properly, and the entire department seems to work together to make the experience as easy as possible for the customer. Having people you can trust when your vehicle needs repairs makes a huge difference, especially when you're dealing with something unexpected. Dustin, Brooks, and the entire Beck Chrysler service department have earned that trust from me. They consistently provide the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. In my opinion, Beck Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram has the best service department around. If you're looking for a dealership that communicates well, treats you with respect, and actually cares about taking care of you and your vehicle, I highly recommend giving them a chance. Requested an oil change and diagnostic for my Jeep. When dropping it off, I was verbally quoted $100 for the oil change and $189 for the diagnostic, and was not asked to sign any written quotes before When dropping it off, I was verbally quoted $100 for the oil change and $189 for the diagnostic, and was not asked to sign any written quotes before dropping my vehicle off. When called, I was given a total of $368.93. When I asked for a breakdown, the rep said the oil change had additional fees. When asked why those fees weren't mentioned and quoted, the rep said that is standard and it included taxes, disposal fees, etc, etc, etc. I asked again, why I wasn't quoted the actual price of the oil change, he mentioned it is standard. I asked for a manager to review it and see if they can bring the price down to what was quoted. The manager did reduce the price and the cashier was extremely helpful. Lesson learned... get all quotes in writing before assuming what you are told is the actual price. Also, a full diagnostic was not completed. I have an error light on my display and that issue was not quoted. More
