We’d like to provide some additional context regarding your service experience. The wheel was originally ordered through our parts department, which did not allow for a full vehicle inspection at that time. When the order was placed, we advised that a complete inspection would be performed upon arrival for service, which unfortunately contributed to some of the delays. In addition to the wheel replacement, the fleet management company indicated that the vehicle was also due for an oil change and tire rotation. Furthermore, because your vehicle is managed through a fleet maintenance company, all repair requests and approvals must be submitted and authorized online and are handled in the order they are received. The overall length of your visit was impacted by the time required to inspect the vehicle and obtain approval for the additional brake repairs. Once all necessary approvals were received, our team completed the authorized services as quickly and efficiently as possible. We truly appreciate your business and the opportunity to service your vehicle, and we look forward to assisting you again in the future.
