Unfortunately, my 2012 BMW series 5 died at 158K. The cost to repair wasn’t worth it so Justin Dressel spent quite a lot of time showing me a few cars in my price and mileage range. After test driving, discussing the options of each car, including potential resell, I selected the right car for my needs. Financing through BMW as very easy and the rate was competitive with my credit union. I’m enjoying my BMW X1 and wouldn’t hesitate to use Daniels BMW again. We were amazed to be able to order our first ever 2025 BMW X5 xDrive 40i exactly the way I imagined and exactly how we wanted it from the USA factory and received it within just a few weeks later, BEST ca BMW X5 xDrive 40i exactly the way I imagined and exactly how we wanted it from the USA factory and received it within just a few weeks later, BEST car buying experience ever! All thanks to Justin Dressel @ Daniels BMW PA. We appreciated Justin’s extensive knowledge. My husband asked sooo many questions and Justin patiently answered every single one, WOW! We never felt pressured. Justin really worked with us in understanding BMWs and all possible options. He had many excellent recommendations and was always prompt and courteous and kept us updated/informed. Delivery day was exciting, fun and easy! Justin spent his time going over all the vehicle features, especially the instrumentation/technology and controls. We had fun putting my “blingy” license plate cover on my beautiful new BMW X5. The entire team at Daniels BMW was great to work with. It started with Melissa who reached out to me about my online inquiry quickly, answered all my questions and set me up with a visit. I then meet Justin and we worked through the purchase of the vehicle. He answered every question that I had for him. The pace was perfect for me. I was from out of state and they took care of all the paperwork. They also returned the rental car I was using. I meet with Brian and he explained the warranty options. Bottom line it was a great purchasing experience for me. More

Went to look at a used, orange range-extender BMW i3. BMW "“geniuses” didn't know anything about the car. I was also told over email that they had all service records documented at the dealership, but on BMW "“geniuses” didn't know anything about the car. I was also told over email that they had all service records documented at the dealership, but only provided most recent CarFax. They could not confirm if the vehicle received an oil change or not, and did not properly prepare the car in order to inspect all dynamics (as in, allowing the gasoline engine to run during test drive). The salesman was young and inexperienced, would not negotiate on price or involve supervisor, because even apparently $1k-2k difference was non-negotiable. This was a niche vehicle with some cosmetic and suspension issues that they would not negotiate on in good faith. Left the dealership and wasted 4+ hours of driving to and from Daniels BMW. Later they emailed that they could discount the vehicle by less than $800, which was insulting considering the effort I went to inspect the vehicle. I would not recommend Justin Dressel, if going to look at a car, ask for Dmitry Kukuy the supervisor, who later apologized for the bad experience and said he would've approached us in-person if notified properly by his staff. Even if we liked the car (and it drove great), bad experience = no deal. I LATER RECEIVED A CALL FROM DANIELS BMW MANAGER DMITRY KUKUY ASKING ME TO TAKE DOWN THIS REVIEW. FYI! More
