The management and finance department had no reasons to keep us waiting. The tactics of management to keep us waiting was unacceptable in the 1st visit. Then, having one finance guy working at end of the day was also unacceptable on the 2nd visit. The dealership got money in the end and I have new car. I will seek out another dealership if I ever need another car. Please do not follow up. More
