I have purchased BMWs from various dealerships in the region before and was always quite happy with sales and service. Justin worked with me on closing the deal and was knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. Other dealerships I was working with at the same time were not quite as cooperative as BMW of Ann Arbor. Excellent! Brendan Byrne - the business manager - was also a pleasure to work with when we picked up the car. Great experience. Follow up AFTER the purchase is not something you see often. That made a big difference also rating BMW of Ann Arbor five stars! More
