This is my first Subaru so I was a little skeptical about putting a down payment of a car I hadn't even driven yet... I had heard nothing but great things from everyone who has one. A very long wait to finish the sale is unacceptable. The personnel doing the closing do a fine job, but when a lack of administrative staff relegates the process to one customer at a time , the queue gets very long. (Hours). Certainly you are not able to keep up with the number is sales the sales force is making at this time. Very frustrating for customers not wanting to make an auto purchase a full day experience. More
