My name is Justin Grant and this is my first job in the automobile indusrty. I was lucky to land a job at Subaru of Wakefield where the customer satisfaction takes a presidente over everything else. I have been with them now for 5 years and I am a proud owner of a Subaru Impreza that I purchased at Subaru of Wakefield before I started working there. I treat my customers the way I wanted to be treated when I was on the buying end of things. When you ask for me you will get nothing but a honest and straight forward offer.

Buying your car with confidence From the moment I walked in, this dealership welcomed me. They asked how they could help me, and for the rest of my visit they did everything they co From the moment I walked in, this dealership welcomed me. They asked how they could help me, and for the rest of my visit they did everything they could to answer my questions. I had not bought a new car for 22 years and making the commitment was a bit worrisome. My sales rep was Justin Grant and he is top-notch. He recognized my trepidation and treated me in a way that established my trust, and he proved worthy of it all the way. I felt that this dealer didn't just want to make a sale...they wanted to create a positive customer relationship now and into the future. They showed me all about the car I wanted, took me for a test drive, and then it was time to determine how I could purchase the car. Some other Subaru dealers I talked with, made me feel I was unreasonable with the financing I wanted. At Subaru of Wakefield we talked for a while and settled on a price I could accept. They proved that they wanted to satisfy me. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know who's looking for a new car. More

my experience with the entire organization was excellent. I am 77 yrs of age bought a lot of cars / have had many cars through the years bad dealers and good dealers. This was my first experience with an ORG I am 77 yrs of age bought a lot of cars / have had many cars through the years bad dealers and good dealers. This was my first experience with an ORGANIZATION and it was just that ORGANIZED. The entire Subaru dealer in Wakefield sold me the car- not just the salesman the service department the management staff and the very efficient finance department. Even when I was waiting outside the mens room someone walking by escorted me to a 2nd men's room. They followed up in 24 hrs asking me about satisfaction etc. I received an email about a week later. Very happy with the Subaru Legacy I bought. I have owned Buicks, Nissans, Acura's and Mercedes but I have the most satisfaction AND PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP WITH MY SUBARU. More

Friendly, enjoyable experience I last purchased a car in 2002, and that was a Saturn, a big selling point of which for me was not having to haggle with dealerships. So I wasn't exac I last purchased a car in 2002, and that was a Saturn, a big selling point of which for me was not having to haggle with dealerships. So I wasn't exactly looking forward to the process. I shopped around online and found a vehicle at Subaru of Wakefield that seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. I corresponded with the dealership via email to clarify a few questions I had, then set up an appointment to test drive the car. Crazy summer traffic made me very late for my appointment, but I was nonetheless treated courteously, and quickly assigned to salesman Justin Grant. Justin was very friendly and helpful, and really went above and beyond to make the whole process as easy and pleasant for me as possible. He took a lot of time explaining all of my new car's features to me, helped me synch my phone to the car's Bluetooth, and even transferred the stuff in the trunk of my trade-in into my new vehicle. The whole experience was much less painful than expected, and Justin was really great to work with. More
