Justin established an excellent rapport and trust with me. I would purchase another vehicle in the future from this dealership and this salesman in a heartbeat. He knows Subaru vehicles. I never felt pressured, he was direct, interested in my opinions and my car history, which led me to consider a Subaru. So far I really like my 2015 Forester and expect to "love it" as time goes on and I know all the bells and whistles. Drives like a dream, has a great pick up. Justin tied my cell phone to the blue tooth for me, so I am all set, can drive and speak when I need to take a call while driving. Good guy to deal with. Very happy I found him at the dealership. Unlike other under dealerships Justin took the time to understand what I was looking for in a car and helped me pick the model that was best for me. Every time that I had to come to the dealership Justin always set aside time and made my family and I welcome. When it came to purchasing my car and dealing with insurance he made sure that I had all of the information I needed. He even called me on his DAY OFF to give me the VIN for my new car so I could move forward with the paperwork. I am so happy that I was able to work with Justin during this process and have already recommended him to other friends and family. More

He is a friendly and fun guy and made my experience car shopping much better than it was when I was stressing out looking at the cars online. He was very knowledgeable about the different cars they have and what would accommodate my lifestyle. He helped me with my financing so that u could walk away knowing I was getting the car I wanted the day I wanted it. He even made sure it was ready in 2 days so I could go camping! Poor Service I just bought a used car and it had a high speed shake in the steering wheel, indicating a tire balance problem. When serviced for this issue the deal I just bought a used car and it had a high speed shake in the steering wheel, indicating a tire balance problem. When serviced for this issue the dealership did NOT balance the tires but instead ground down the rotors and did an alignment. Why? They wouldn't say and they wouldn't give me a copy of the alignment numbers. When I got in the car after this service it still had the high speed shake in the steering wheel AND now, additionally, it pulls to the left, indicating that the alignment is off. I called and made a second appointment to have both issues resolved. The second time around they again would not show me the alignment numbers. They said they checked the tire pressure, balanced the tires and did an alignment. The car drives the same. Nothing solved. Both visits I had to ask for a receipt for the work done. When I asked to speak with a manager, they told me there was no manager on duty at the dealership on the weekend so they would have a manager give me a call on Monday. No call. I did email the service director and have not received a reply as yet. So thought since no one wants to talk to me I’d write this review. More

But the main reason for the 5 star rating is because of our salesman, Justin. Justin was excellent! A friendly, straightforward and honest individual who put no pressure on us to buy the vehicle. He was adamant that we (the customers) decide if the vehicle was right for us. He was there to answer our questions and provide the facts. Perry took over for Nelson and he too was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I told Perry what I wanted and where I needed to be and he succeeded very quickly. So I signed away. I have never owned or leased a Subaru because I am a Honda man - too early to tell but I know I'll be satisfied. Truthfully, I was on my way to the Honda dealership because I love my CRV but my wife wanted to look at the Subaru's but Perry gave my a deal I just could pass up.
