Service Great service center to deal with. Everyone I talk with shows that they care about having me there. Need to change coffee bar back to what was th Great service center to deal with. The lady that took care of the coffee bar I hope that she is still there, I did not see her. She is a true asset to the service center. She always made me feel at home while I waited. More

Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful! Justin was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions. problems were taken care of with my car. Took my vehicle in to get paint cracks checked wow I'm getting maintenance done on my car . Justin and service let me know that the repaired on the h Took my vehicle in to get paint cracks checked wow I'm getting maintenance done on my car . Justin and service let me know that the repaired on the hood Under The Five-Year should be covered.so he took pictures, submitted them to Ford, and then after it was approved, ordered a new hood . Then sent my car to the body shop for repairs. Only took 2 days to get the hood and get the hood painted and blend paint into the fenders. The hood look good without a bunch of trash in the paint. Also talk to Jeff Page at the body Shop. I was called by him and Justin on status of my vehicle and let me know that everything was going well. Would definitely recommend them for this work again or for anybody that needs work done.... Thanks Jeff at body shop and Justin in Ford service. More
