Best vehicle buying experience! We were looking to purchase our first Toyota and the Highlander was our choice. Drove on the lot and as soon as we met Justin we instantly liked him! I'm not usually a fan of the car buying experience but he made it easy and painless. He's very friendly and no pressure kind of salesman. We are from out of town and was worth the drive, will definitely be back! We love our new Highlander! More

Love my used Venza! Justin Hess was my salesman and he did an awesome job. We texted back and forth frequently with new cars that had come on the lot. He knew what I was Justin Hess was my salesman and he did an awesome job. We texted back and forth frequently with new cars that had come on the lot. He knew what I was looking for and took every opportunity to make sure I knew what came in for trades. I think I test drove five cars and finally found the one I liked. He never got tired of my questions and answered them. If he didn't know the answer he found out. The sales team was friendly and curtious. I would highly recommend Justin to any of my friends. He has a bright future in the car business. More

Best dollars I've ever spent I've been on my car buying journey for close to 2 years now on and off, but as soon as I worked with Justin Hess at CR Toyota I knew within 5 minutes I've been on my car buying journey for close to 2 years now on and off, but as soon as I worked with Justin Hess at CR Toyota I knew within 5 minutes I was going to drive away in something I'd love.
