I had previously gone to the Hyundai dealership in Countryside and was very disappointed with their pricing and willingness to adapt to my specifications. Ultimately I would say Crown Hyundai made me comfortable to purchase a brand new car - and their financial managers gave sage advice. Over-all, thank you Justin! More

I was at this dealership several times and dealt with various salespeople and was most impressed and most comfortable with Justin (who eventually sold me the car I bought). He is a relaxed person, he likes people and shows it in a genuine manner so that I felt really at ease. Nice person to test drive cars with cause he can talk about things other than cars. Also felt that there was no pressure to make a snap decision, and that he really wanted to customer to get the car they would be happy with, not just make a sale. He also was helpful with showing how things worked on the car and took time with it, not in a rush, and seemed to be quite knowledgeable about both vehicles I was looking at. Really gave me time to consider what I was doing which most salespeople will not. Facilitated the whole process with professionalism but charm. LK More
