No Pressure! My go-to "guy" was Captain Bill Kirk. He was quick to communicate with no pressure at all. I came to test drive a few cars and Joel Jarrell was extr My go-to "guy" was Captain Bill Kirk. He was quick to communicate with no pressure at all. I came to test drive a few cars and Joel Jarrell was extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of the vehicle. When I came back to firm up the deal, Justin Jarrell handled the "wrap up". Jeramiah, in Finance, completed the transaction. Let's face it, signing your wallet away for the next few years isn't fun, but, these guys made this ugly task bearable. Thank you. More

Brandon Honda was the first dealership in our search for a new vehicle for our family, we thought we might be looking around forever but Justin's friendliness and presentation of the dealership and car blew us away. Vaughn Heberlee in finance was amazing as well, he took the time to explain and answer any of our questions and made the finance process smooth and actually enjoyable! I cannot recommend Brandon Honda and these fine people enough!! More

A 2-step car purchase I am giving the dealer 2 stars because it took us a second time and a second sales person to buy the car we wanted. We did our research online, co I am giving the dealer 2 stars because it took us a second time and a second sales person to buy the car we wanted. We did our research online, compared prices with other dealerships on a NON-HONDA, used vehicle. Brandon Honda seemed to be a bit over-priced compared to other dealers, but we decided to go anyways. We we immediately greeted by Justin Jarrell, who showed us the car and asked us about our price-range. We told him what we were planning to pay with no finance; we did our research online and theirs seemed to be higher than most dealers. He told me the dealer would not decrease the advertised price at all, maybe he could lower it $500 or so but not more than that. He asked us if I wanted to try the car, knowing that there wouldn't be much negotiation. I said no. The difference between dealer price and what we could afford was about $2000 difference. I continued to check for cars, and a few weeks later, Brandon Honda had dropped the price of the vehicle I wanted. I immediately contacted the dealer directly, and asked to speak with someone specializing in internet sales. I was transferred to a lady, who helped me get to the price previously offered to Justin, and in minutes we were closing the deal over the phone. I drove an hour again, to finally test drive the car, and to my satisfaction I was out of the dealer in about 1.5 hours with a tank full of gas, 2 oil changes, and warranty; and of course... the vehicle. I would have given this dealer 5 stars but It took me a second time, a second sales person, and a second trip to the dealer to get the same vehicle, that I could have gotten the first day. Y.G More

Purchasing a used car for my daughter Justin went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience!!! When the shop did the final check of the oil they noticed the oil pan was "strip Justin went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience!!! When the shop did the final check of the oil they noticed the oil pan was "stripped" and looking further, the repair dept. noticed the oil pump was also not functioning. These two items were fixed at no charge to us!! The car was detailed and we had a full tank of gas when we picked up the car. My daughter and I will surely send our friends to Justin and Brandon Honda!! Thanks Justin More
