I have now purchased 5 total vehicles at Brandon Honda. Of those, three vehicles have been brand new....Biggest factor is buying them all at Brandon Honda, Stanley Monroe. He makes the car buying experience a fun, memorable experience. He also has the patience of a Saint. The first car I bought with him I had two small children along...By the third vehicle I had 3 small children along. He made them feel very much a part of the experience. This time I also got to deal with Justin Jarrell, who helped to finalize my buying experience of the Honda Pilot Touring. What a great, knowledgeable guy. His attention to detail was amazing. He was made my wife, children and I feel very valued the entire time. Finally, I have to mention Grant Hocking. He makes you feel like you are a friend since childhood. He checks in with you throughout your time at Brandon Honda, and for all the cars I have bought, he has been nice enough to stop in throughout the process to make sure it was going smoothly. I could afford almost any car at this point in my life, and there are a million dealerships I could choose. I would and will do business with Brandon Honda 10 times out of 10 because of a great team like Stanley Monroe and Justin Jarrell...and the great overall experience that Grant Hocking makes sure you are having throughout. More

They really earned my business I hadn't planned to buy a car -- I just wanted to test drive a model that I was considering. I ended up driving by a couple of Honda dealerships on my way there simply because they had stock. I actually had my eye on some rather inexpensive, slightly older models, but they made it clear that they wanted to at least try to earn my business. My test drive was painless because they were prepared for me and they didn't waste my time. They had great answers for any of my questions -- they were knowledgeable and proficient. I was open with them about looking to spend much less on an older vehicle with higher miles and a little less "clean". Al They were not dissuaded. They sent me home with the vehicle -- just to get a better feel for it and think about the possibility. ("If you don't like it, just bring it back," they said.) They crunched numbers, presented options based on downpayments, rates, etc. -- still no pressure. I took the night and next morning to really count the cost. When I factored in depreciation from age and miles, warranty, etc., my "great deal" on the internet was actually about the same price. The added piece of mind for getting a certified used car vs a used car held value as well. Overall, I was not only pleased with the dealership and the vehicle, but very specifically with the salesmen that were friendly, communicative, helpful and transparent. Thank you. More
