Smooth Ride All The Way!!!!!!!! (Pardon the Pun) On Friday (5:00 pm), the minute I drove into Klaben I was greeted with a hand shake and a smile by Nick Brandt. I told him exactly what my needs were. On Friday (5:00 pm), the minute I drove into Klaben I was greeted with a hand shake and a smile by Nick Brandt. I told him exactly what my needs were. He worked on getting what I wanted with success, in very little time.I left at 6:00. I told him I usually go through Justin Bolin. It was Justin's day off. Nick took care of my lease. The next day when I came in I was greeted in the same matter as I was the day before by both Nick and Justin. Justin finished the deal. He handled the deal with great professionalism and enthusiasm. He was very courteous and kind. He made sure I understood all the features on my jeep. I always go through Justin whenever I purchase or lease because I know I am getting the best of the best. Brian, the finance person, also worked with me and he also worked in a professional matter as well. He greeted me with a hand shake and a smile. Very efficient.
