This was the first new car I had purchased since 1969. Justin was very professional, not pushy and did not treat me (a woman) as if I didn't have any knowledge in this area. So when returning in 2015 to return my lease, Justin once again seemed to know just what vehicle would suit me. There was no haggling over price which I appreciated. I'm a very honest person and expect this in someone else. The offer was made up front, I was told what I could expect in compensation for my 2012 and the sale was made. Fast easy transaction.
