I am a Sales Manager here at Halleen Kia and have been with the Halleens for over 10 years. I enjoy outdoor activities and I am a die hard Cleveland sports fan. I graduated from Benedictine High School in 2007 and have since made a successful career in the Automobile Sales Industry. Fantastic, Efficient, Friendly, Professional Justin greeted us within 2 minutes of arrival. He was both friendly and courteous yet completely professional. We test drove a 2015 Sorento and a 2015 Justin greeted us within 2 minutes of arrival. He was both friendly and courteous yet completely professional. We test drove a 2015 Sorento and a 2015 Optima. After some discussion and guidance from Justin, we chose the Sorento to lease. He explained the lease process thoroughly so we understood. We told him what we could afford and he and the business manager made it happen. Ho haggling over pricing. It was all so easy and FAST! Then we met with Charles and did all the form signing which was also was accomplished efficiently. Within 2 hrs, I was the proud owner of a new Sorento! Awesome car buying experience! I have always dreaded the process of buying a new car because it has often been a long and frustrating experience, but this time I was very pleasantly I have always dreaded the process of buying a new car because it has often been a long and frustrating experience, but this time I was very pleasantly surprised by Halleen Kia! I just purchased a 2014 Kia Sorento and couldn't be happier with how things went! My sales consultant - Jason Labuda - was great to work with. He really listened when I told him what I was looking for and worked hard to get me what I wanted at a reasonable price. It was clear that his priority was to make sure that I was happy with my new car purchase. Finance Manager Steve Stein also helped to make the process pain-free. Both Jason and Steve were very considerate of my time and didn't keep me sitting in the dealership for a long time. Thanks, guys - that was great customer service, and I love my new car! More

Our experience purchasing a new 2012 Sorento was awesome! they were so knowledgeable and patient with us. I would highly recommend the dealership to family and friends. Justin was extremely helpful and courteous. He was knowledgable about the car and it's features. I wasn't in need of a car and actually had another 20 months left on my lease. I would have exceeded knowledgable about the car and it's features. I wasn't in need of a car and actually had another 20 months left on my lease. I would have exceeded my mileage allowance at the time the lease would be up. I felt trapped and came to the conclusion I would have to buy the car to avoid the fees for excess miles. Justin explained that the dealership would buy my present car and put me in a new Optima. I actually saved money on my monthly payment and I LOVE my new Optima. More

Justin did an outstanding job. He is not your typical cars salesman who tries to pressure you into making a deal right there and then. He seems very down to earth and he definitely knew all about the Kia cars salesman who tries to pressure you into making a deal right there and then. He seems very down to earth and he definitely knew all about the Kia Optima. I first began dealing with him over the phone and he was very personable and helpful. He even texted me with additional information when needed. Shopping for cars is normally not very pleasant experience for me, but Justin and the Halleen dealership made this experience a fun one. More
