I am a Sales Manager here at Halleen Kia and have been with the Halleens for over 10 years. I enjoy outdoor activities and I am a die hard Cleveland sports fan. I graduated from Benedictine High School in 2007 and have since made a successful career in the Automobile Sales Industry. everyone I dealt with over five visits to make the sale were very positive. The sales transaction was handled nicely and Justin got help with the transaction when he thought he needed it. Don is extremel were very positive. The sales transaction was handled nicely and Justin got help with the transaction when he thought he needed it. Don is extremely well educated on his product and the sales documents. Oleg was extremely pleasant and prepared. Brad was the first person I met at the dealership and he was informative on the first two visits. I like the no hassle approach to the test drives. Terry More

Salesman was very personable and knowledgible about the cars, if he wasn't sure about something he was not too proud to go get the correct answer. This was my second time dealing with Halleen Kia, and my first time dealing with Justin. Once again, an excellent experience all around. He was willing to work with me within my given parameters, and very first time dealing with Justin. Once again, an excellent experience all around. He was willing to work with me within my given parameters, and very helpful in explaining the available options. He was very friendly, and exceedingly apologetic when I had to wait for any period of time (it was a very busy day at the dealership -also a good sign?). I highly recommend both Halleen Kia and Justin, as well as Kia's vehicles. More

I just bought a new Optima from Justin Labuda and could not be happier with the buying experience or the car. I know Justin is a rookie but I was impressed enough to buy a car from him and I live 60 miles not be happier with the buying experience or the car. I know Justin is a rookie but I was impressed enough to buy a car from him and I live 60 miles away in North Canton. I planned on buying my new car from one of the local Kia dealerships. I was going to the car show at the IX Center on a Sunday and checked on line to see what Kia dealership was close by and open on Sunday. I picked Halleen because they had lots of Optima in stock. I was greeted properly by Justin and everything else is history. On that day I drove 2 Optimas, got some information about the car and went to the car show. Two Sundays later my wife and I got in the car and drove 60 miles again and bought a car from Justin and Halleen. More

I was looking for a new Optima and luckily I went to Haleen Kia in North Olmsted where I was served by Justin Labuda. Justin answered all of my questions thoroughly and professionally and made my buying Haleen Kia in North Olmsted where I was served by Justin Labuda. Justin answered all of my questions thoroughly and professionally and made my buying process very easy. He explained everything to me so that there were no surprises and I was totally pleased by his services.Overall the dealership was very nice and everyone there treated me well.I recommend Haleen Kia to anyone who is in the market for a new Kia and if you do wind up there try to find Justin will treat you right.
