I am a Sales Manager here at Halleen Kia and have been with the Halleens for over 10 years. I enjoy outdoor activities and I am a die hard Cleveland sports fan. I graduated from Benedictine High School in 2007 and have since made a successful career in the Automobile Sales Industry. We were impressed with how low the non-negotiated rate was. Also the dealer gave us an extremely favorable rate for our trade-in. Just bought the Optima Hybrid. Justin was very knowledgeable on this vehicle and very helpful in making sure one was available for us before we showed up at the dealership. I had some strict requi knowledgeable on this vehicle and very helpful in making sure one was available for us before we showed up at the dealership. I had some strict requirements based on the color and features I wanted, I was shocked to see they had the vehicle available two hours after calling those items in. Every question we had for Justin on the instrument panel and how the hybrid system worked was answered with only a couple answers he had to go get (this to me is very impressive as we have noticed sales people tend to like to give you an invalid answer rather than find the facts). My wife's car was a Kia, we just traded my Toyota for a Kia, and when it is time for our next car we won't only get another Kia, but seek Justin to do so. More

Justin was great.. greeted me at the door and asked if he could help me. His overall knowledge to the Kia cars were amazing. He had showed me the Kia Optima, took for a test drive and fell in love. everyone I dealt with over five visits to make the sale were very positive. The sales transaction was handled nicely and Justin got help with the transaction when he thought he needed it. Salesman was very personable and knowledgible about the cars, if he wasn't sure about something he was not too proud to go get the correct answer.
