After about 20 minutes she told me there was nothing she could do for me and that was that. I did the exact same thing with Tommy at Sunset Ford and he went back and forth several times trying to get me what I wanted. After it was all said and done, I left with a brand new truck! The entire experience took no more than a couple of hours and they treated me like they wanted to sell me a car not like I was there to buy a car from them. To me that is what makes a good sales staff great! More

From our first handshake, Howard Wood was cordial, professional, and best of all applied no pressure as I was considering my options. He clearly explained the pricing structure and financing options and took the time to acquaint me with the numerous features of the 2015 model that were new to me. He communicated promptly and clearly and helped me get an excellent trade-in allowance for my 2011 Edge. The Sunset service department, which I've used since 2012, is staffed with courteous, knowledgeable technicians who always explain any issues and solutions. The customer lounge is great with wifi access and free beverages. I come from a Ford family from way back and will always buy Fords, and I'll always buy them at Sunset. More

Loyal Ford Owner I bought my First Ford from Sunset ford 5+ years ago. I was very happy with that purchase. A few weeks ago, my car seemed to be needing repairs. I I bought my First Ford from Sunset ford 5+ years ago. I was very happy with that purchase. A few weeks ago, my car seemed to be needing repairs. I went back to Sunset Ford to see ab out the repairs, or possibly trading in my Escape and getting a new vehicle. Enter Tim Stewart. I was greeted by Tim and told him my ideas of either a repair or a new vehicle. We test drove two vehicles, the 2015 Escape and the 2015 Ford Fusion. I settled on the Fusion. Tim and I started working on numbers and he was able to take my Escape back to be looked at for appraisal. He was always checking in on me, and asking if I needed anything while the finance people were working on a deal. I was extremely lucky for the rebates I received, but Tim was outstanding in making it happen. I was comfortable with the whole process, and with Tim. I would recommend and have recommended Tim to others. I will continue to be a Loyal Ford Owner. Thanks Sunset Ford. More
