easy. stress-free. laid back. I looked at another dealership (closer to home) first and told the sales lady what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. After about 20 minutes she told me there was nothing she could do for me and that was that. I did the exact same thing with Tommy at Sunset Ford and he went back and forth several times trying to get me what I wanted. After it was all said and done, I left with a brand new truck! The entire experience took no more than a couple of hours and they treated me like they wanted to sell me a car not like I was there to buy a car from them. To me that is what makes a good sales staff great! More

He It has been 6 years since I purchased my last car and even longer for my wife. After spending a week searching we hit the mark with Mike Geraghty. He is such a laid back guy and up front. He never tried to sell us something we didn't want or need. Justin Lombard in finance was quick; however made sure everything was in order before we left the dealer. With so many dealers to pick from in the South County area, Sunset Ford will have another customer in a few years. Thanks....Mike and Justin. Oh forgot about the sales manager who approved the deal. I didn't get a name but you made my wifes day......See you in the future. K and L More

There was a small delay with the previous owner transferring the title and Mike was so patient and encouraging. He did not pressure my husband and I, was honest and up front with information. We were able to find the car that fit our needs and Randy took the time to walk us through all the features on the vehicle. Randy was very personable and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend him and Sunset Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

From our first handshake, Howard Wood was cordial, professional, and best of all applied no pressure as I was considering my options. He clearly explained the pricing structure and financing options and took the time to acquaint me with the numerous features of the 2015 model that were new to me. He communicated promptly and clearly and helped me get an excellent trade-in allowance for my 2011 Edge. The Sunset service department, which I've used since 2012, is staffed with courteous, knowledgeable technicians who always explain any issues and solutions. The customer lounge is great with wifi access and free beverages. I come from a Ford family from way back and will always buy Fords, and I'll always buy them at Sunset. More
