I have sent several reasons for review with NO follow-up or response, by other reviews from different people saying the same things in regards to the service dept across the board. It seem to be evident to me of this being the dealership’s culture which may be the reason as to why I hardly see customers here. I paid $3k down on the 1st of Feb then the very next day check engine light came on and haven't drove the car no more than one day since buying and then have to pay the note on the 1st of Mar, I was offered a loaner of which I really dont want to drive but this situation is so inconvenient as to why we were buying a second vehicle to begin with and the manager seem and speak in a way like he doing us a favor, I appreciated the offer for a loaner but don’t appreciate how I was addressed in conversation or like having to wait on them as if again they were doing us a favor like I am beneath him or something like really wow. I would never ever recommend anyone expecting to buy a quality used car here neither will I ever buy another car from here again. I probably would have been better off finding a quality used vehicle from Craigslist or Facebook marketplace without a car note and one that I am actually driving, after direct purchase having transportation. Please let me know when I will get my car back, a status of vehicle repairs as of today would be great. One of these service issues is an actual safety issue and resulted in being pulled over by police that same evening after buying the vehicle. SAD… More

Justin Lugo took over seamlessly as my original salesman was on medical leave. He had my 5th wheel hitch removed from my trade and he helped load it up himself. Justin’s an Army vet and that service showed throughout the process. He’s been in touch with me since the sale and had a Ford accessory ordered for me.
