Sales rep told me I HAD to finance through KIA, that’s not true, you can absolutely finance through your own bank. Also, I had negotiated a reduced price ($1,995 down to $1,500) for the VIP package as ma not true, you can absolutely finance through your own bank. Also, I had negotiated a reduced price ($1,995 down to $1,500) for the VIP package as many of the services I wouldn't be able to use since I don't live in Oklahoma...the 2 year maintenance warranty and the all weather mats are the only things of value that I could use, and they refused to give me the mats after I paid the $1,500!! Love the car, wish I would've had a better, more transparent salesmen....still waiting on my copy of all the paperwork I signed. He made it seem like he was going above and beyond by driving to me with the final paperwork, then he conveniently only brought one copy....l sin learned, vet your salesman and get copies of ALL paperwork before leaving. More

The experience was pretty much built around mistruths. Terrible offers for our trade ins… telling us they would send our car to auction which was in perfect condition w low miles. New “manager” but was there to make the deal… we talked them into another year of oil changes. Told us we “had” to finance w Kia. We have 830+ credit scores but we did anyway and then after signing papers there is nothing that says we had to or when we can refi. At signing, the finance lady had the papers where the signature line was showing only. When I pulled the docs and separated them, the trade in was less than the reduced amount and she had to redo it. We love our car and this is the second time we purchased w you all but if you did not have the car we wanted when we wanted it we would have walked More
