Went to the waiting area where I couldn't resist a free donut. Maybe half an hour later the service rep brought a print of the work completed and problem corrected. Went to the front desk and paid. Went to may car headed out and went home. All smooth and no problems. More

Service I brought my Toyota Prius in for a software update and it took only 30 minutes. I was expecting to be there 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Brought Highlander in for a check on gas cap door not functional, took 10 minutes, found out it had been disconnected by another shop while putting on remote start.
