The Way Service Should Be Called one afternoon and got an appointment the next morning. Went to the waiting area where I couldn't resist a free donut. Maybe half an hour later the service rep brought a print of the work completed and problem corrected. Went to the front desk and paid. Went to may car headed out and went home. All smooth and no problems. More

Service I brought my Toyota Prius in for a software update and it took only 30 minutes. I was expecting to be there 1-1/2 to 2 hours. I was surprised when t I brought my Toyota Prius in for a software update and it took only 30 minutes. I was expecting to be there 1-1/2 to 2 hours. I was surprised when the service person came a got me and said they were all done. Excellent Job! More

I didn't remember the names and the faces (from the pictures) but you can check your records to VERY good service. the charge / bill is reasonable. Brought Highlander in for a check on gas cap door not functional, took 10 minutes, found out it had been disconnected by another shop while putting on remote start. Side Door Recall I was treated politely and with respect. Sometimes, as a woman, I fear I will be taken advantage of in regard to car repairs. When I arrive at the dealership arrival area yo TOYOTA of Des Moines has continually preformed great service on my vehicle,a 2014 Toyota Land Cruiser. When I arrive at the dealership arrival area you service consultant meets me with a smile . He has the service order in hand and goes over it with me and also asks if there’s anything else I would like them to look at. The service is finished within the estimated time a majority of time. When the service is complete my service consultant, Justin Madison goes over what was done and if he saw anything else while the service was being done.. I leave a satisfied customer. More

In and out reasonably FAST I waited for LOF and tire rotation, watched TV, talked with dealership personnel who were very gregarious and informative. During wait I was totally informed of everything that was being done with my car via a video link which was easy to install on my smart phone, even saw final billing in which suggestions were made and my input was followed. When done, the cashier, Summer, was very helpful in the paying and check out process. A great dealership. Try it. More
