Whenever I needed some information on the trucks I was considering he got me an answer within a couple hours. Once I was ready to buy, I was pressed for time on the day of purchase. I asked Terry to be ready for me to arrive and be in and out as quickly as we could. From the time we rolled in we were rolling out in my "new"er truck in under two hours. He fully accommodated my request. I am not sure, but I actually think that the final detailing may have taken longer than the actual test drive, purchase, and paperwork. We went through COSTCO to lease a new Murano, as they recommended Coulter Nissan. We had to turn in our existing lease (2020 Murano) and coulter made the process simple & painless. Worth the drive as the car was everything and more than we expected and our salesman, Nicholas Westgate surpassed that! Though we've owed a Rogue before, Nicholas took the time to go through everything on the car, explained the Nissan app to us and made the process smooth and easy to leave with our car.
