So I recently wrote a review for another car dealership where the customer experience and purchase was out of this world. Not the case with Coulter Nissan. The pricing seems fair and that draws you in, the where the customer experience and purchase was out of this world. Not the case with Coulter Nissan. The pricing seems fair and that draws you in, then the disclaimer that indicates EVERY NEW CAR has 1997 dollars in unnecessary dealer add ons that are non negotiable. They insist on forcing Nitrogen filled tires, Lifetime Tint and paint protection on EVERY NEW car. I prefer to spend my money on things that I Want. Like an extended warranty. Comparable in price to the dealer adds, unfortunately they are willing to lose the deal over 2k dollars in Dealership Adds?!? Are they buying the car or are we?!? Unfortunately we took our businesses to Pinnacle Nissan across town as they were willing to drop the adds to make a comparable deal. LeSueur Car Company in Tempe still hands down the BEST car deal in the valley. No city sales tax, 199$ doc fee and no pressure NO dealer Adds. Get it together Coulter. It’s already a drive to get out there, let’s let the people decide what options we want and need! I interacted with Andrew from internet sales, Luis, and Justin I think. Apparently it’s policy to get you on the lot before providing the best price and the Adds are there to stay.... More

They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I have previously purchased three different Nissan vehicles from other dealers and by far this was the best experience. More

He treated every car ride like the first and was very patient with me haha this facility and staff are so customer oriented and worked with me to close a fair deal that I was more then happy with. Caleb took his time with my wife and I and showed us a few options. He answered all of our questions and ensured we weren’t rushed to make a decision. When the “negotiating” began, my wife and I were surprised how willing Coulter was to make the deal happen. They explained the purchase price and ensured we were happy with the offer. Justin and Brian were also amazing to work with. I would happily drive 120 miles round trip to work with this team again!!! More
