The time to address my issue was when I was having it. No one in upper management had the decency to contact me after my car was vandalized. When the service department called, they said someone would call me back and it never happened. I ended up calling my salesman, who tried to help me through out the issue. Management hid until I spoke with a woman who works out of the Hyundai store. She got the used car manager to contact me, but the GM never and I repeat never contacted me. I was told by two people that he was the one making the decisions on the repairs and once again never did he call me. All further inquiries through the woman at Hyundai were handled with "talk to management at Kia" in other words, I was not getting my car fixed the way they promised. If I had known they were using "repaired damaged wheels" on my car (which I found out 5 weeks after it was vandalized) I would have had my insurance company handle the issue. It was unfair and if I had a recourse through the legal system, I would have used it. You need to read reviews on your dealership, they cheap out on a lot of things on used cars they sell. If you want to handle this, compensate me for being without my car for 7 weeks. The last three weeks they gave what amounted to a tuna can on a roller skate to drive, compared to what I purchased. My only mistake was to buy a car from this dealership and I will continue to tell everyone what they did to me. It was my car and it should have been repaired to my liking not by using used wheels to save money on their lack of security for my vehicle. I will repeat once again, I did nothing wrong, even though they treated me that way
