Jacob did a great job of explaining our cars gadgets. We did have a problem with the air on the way home but this was fixed promptly. Unfortunately we had to return for that. Johanna, who arranged our payment was super friendly and efficient. We appreciate the work and collaboration that goes into making Mohawk Honda such a great place. We intend to come back. More

Great Customer Experience The experience from start to finish was first class. Cameron did a lot of the legwork on the phone with me. When I arrived at the dealership he was waiting for me and had the Tundra ready to test drive. We negotiated price and the sales manager came ove with a smile on his face and was very flexible to meet my needs so we both had a fair deal. I pointed out a few things about the condition of the Tundra and he was up front and took care of the issues. From finance to paperwork everyone was friendly and helpful. I drove away in the same day with the truck. General manager Nick and Director of operations Kirk took very good care of me. On a side note the dealership was very a very clean and comfortable environment. Most impressive was how much this dealership gives back.
