The staff at Mohawk Honda, however, counter this growing trend! They highly value creating relationships with the community they serve and demonstrate this by greeting people at the door, listening to the customer's needs, and working with individuals to finance within their budgets. Yesterday I encountered 5 employees in the process of my buying a certified used vehicle. Each of these individuals greatly contributed to my feeling a sense of trust and confidence in making such a large purchase. The sales staff was exceptional. We visited in on a Saturday afternoon. The building was comfortable and were greeted with live music, pizza, and truly friendly staff. I contacted Brian on a Thursday morning about a specific car I saw on their website and he met my family and I that same evening. He was really busy when we got there, but as he had already pulled the car up front, he gave me the key and allowed us to go check out the car, on our own without hovering over us. It was actually pretty awesome. My wife and I got to discuss candidly about the car and see how the kids enjoyed it. The car was amazing. When Brian was available we talked money. He gave me fair value for my trade (was very close to my expectations) and we came up with a final number for me to provide my credit union. I was in the new car Monday morning a happy man.
