I explained to Justin what it was I was looking for and what my limitations were - he did an excellent job seeking out what I needed, exceeded my expectations by far and had me driving out of the lot with a smile on my face in no time. The car is beautiful. The service from sales to finance was fast and thorough. Dionne took care of me in getting the lease finalized and went above and beyond working with me on the details They even had Ari come out and sit with me before I left to go over the entire electronic system to be sure I was comfortable before I left. The whole experience was an A+ from start to finish, which cannot be said for many dealers. Great operation and I will certainly be back. More

Not only was the initial quote not in the same ball[park as other dealerships that I had (only) interacted with online or by phone, but I found the whole approach demeaning and insulting. While Martin, and previously Justin, were respectful and helpful, the manager Mike turned me off with his attitude. THey seem to cater here to a very well-heeled demographic. We moved on to another NJ dealership that dealt with us in a much more straight-up fashion. More

The sales experience has always been excellent-no high pressure stuff you get in lots of dealerships. The sales people are full of information to help me understand all the features on the vehicles and decide what is the best vehicle for my needs. Every service experience has been wonderful also- I have to admit they make me feel like royalty! And the process is so easy. The last experience in service I was so embarassed because i had to return the loaner car with a dent in the side (hit and run in the street) and they made me feel like it was no big deal. I can't see any reason to go anywhere else!! More

I was allowed to make my choice This is the second time am purchasing a car from this dealership and on both occasion i have had wonderful experience. I was allowed to make my choice rather than sales person entrusting on some cars which they want to sell! Second time it was even more smoother, within couple of hours i was out of the showroom with my new car. Justin was working on lightning speed in completing the documentations etc. Anthony made sure that i was taken care well, both of them worked together to get me the best deal possible. They were ready to my work my way which i have seldom seen in other dealerships. Ozzy helped in getting the paperwork done quickly explaining me each document i sign on. Overall it has been an excellent, wonderful and awesome experience. Never thought car buying can be such a wonderful experience. Thank you! More
