When we had questions, Justin O'Connor was available to answer them. He is a very personable and to us, an honest young man. When we wanted to take a test drive, Justin was able to accommodate us and explained all of our options and what was available in the car of our choice. Deciding whether to purchase was easy. Actually purchasing the car was even easier. Everything went so smoothly with the assistance of Michael Shamy. Within a short time, we were owners of our first BMW.
