This was my first BMW and I had such a positive experience working with Justin Pastore. Once we signed our car, Jesse patiently explained all the features of the vehicle inside out and took the time to answer any and all questions we had in regards to functionality. It was clear to me that he was passionate about what he does and truly cared about the customer experience.
