Dropped my vehicle off on a Tues (20 Jan 2026) for a scheduled appt. Routine service plus replace battery and 3 additional items that required attn. I received a text same day requesting authorization to order parts for the 3 additional items mentioned. Permission granted. I was contacted by Mr Lopez who stated the parts needed would take three 3-4 days to arrive and he alluded to the fact that the vehicle would stay at the shop until the parts arrived. No further communication that day. Next day (21 Jan), no communication at all, decided to visit in person to find out what the story was. Mr Lopez wasn't there and I dealt with Mr Garrett Henry who took charge and released my vehicle. I paid the partial ticket and left. I received a call from Mr Lopez later the same day and he informed me the required parts would arrive Mon or Tues the following week and he would contact me upon arrival to schedule the additional maintenance. There was no contact from Mr Lopez at all for the next couple weeks. I decided to visit in person on 11 Feb to inquire what the issue was. Mr Lopez stated the parts had arrived on time and that the parts dept neglected to inform him. That stated, I scheduled and dropped my vehicle off for the required maintenance the following week, Tues 17 Feb at 0830. No further communication that day. The following day (18 Feb) I returned at 1500 having heard nothing from Mr Lopez to find out what the story was. He stated that some of the work was done (1 item) and the tech who was supposed to be doing the work was in a training session for the rest of the day and wouldn't be able to get to my vehicle until the next day. I told Mr Lopez this was not acceptable and asked why there is only one person who can do this job. He miraculously found two others who would complete the job post haste. When I asked why this all happened and whether my vehicle was perhaps "set aside" for other vehicles with a quicker turn-around, he stated that that may have been possible. Hmmm. The jobs were completed within an hour and I paid the ticket and returned home. This was originally a scheduled appt and ended up taking the better part of 1 month to resolve. As a result, I was required to burn 4 days of PTO chasing the issues down and being without a vehicle. I don't have the option to work from home nor ridesharing. This all came down to a complete lack of communication and the ability to prioritize work schedules. If volume is the measure of ability in the service dept, that needs to change. I bought this vehicle at this dealership and every iota of maintenance on this vehicle has been done there and this is by far the worst experience I've had. Unacceptable. Period. More

I had my vehicle towed for my transmission. They worked with me and got the parts need to fix it. Got my truck back with in 10 days. Way better than the previous dealership I was going to.
