Metro Ford reached out to me about a recall that was out on my transmission and offered to set up an appointment with a loaner truck to cover me for two days. Staff were courteous and had my truck back to m on my transmission and offered to set up an appointment with a loaner truck to cover me for two days. I am very impressed with all the great people at this shop. They really went to bat for me when I had a warranty issue. Everyone from Lois my service advisor, the service manager and even the General Ma shop. They really went to bat for me when I had a warranty issue. Everyone from Lois my service advisor, the service manager and even the General Manager took great care of me and made sure I was taken care of. I definitely recommend these guys all day long! More
