We were scheduled for an afternoon oil change, but when we got there we were told that it would be a 3-hour wait to start the job. Rescheduled for a (very early) morning appointment in the next week and t we got there we were told that it would be a 3-hour wait to start the job. I was not really looking to buy a truck, but Chris did a great job of presenting exactly what I what I liked. There was no pressure, it was just a casual conversation. I never have any issues when I take my car in for an oil change. The only reason I gave four stars was because it took an hour for my appointment.
