First offer was a deal I couldn't refuse There was no need for negotiation. He gave me more than what my car was worth right off the bat and gave proof of a price previously rejected so I kn There was no need for negotiation. I knew we were at the lowest price for the car I wanted and I was offered hundreds of dollars more for my car than at previous dealers. More

Excellent Customer Service Justin was very pleasant and friendly. He helped me find the car I wanted as soon as I came in. He let me lead the car shopping experiences. Most car salesmen will try to put you in a car but he let me find the one that's best with me. I had went to 3 dealership before him and was not pleased with their customer service or the options they had in the lot. I wanted a ford fusion but I wanted a certain color and low mileage. I was surprised with all the options they had. Justin was very patience with the process. We finished a little past closing time but Justin was still all smiles and cracking jokes. He didn't complain once or try to speed up the process to get me out the door. I really appreciate that. More
