Audi Meadowlands service center has exemplary customer service. From the valet, service check in, parts dept. 5 stars. I went to have a roof rack attached and someone had vandalized my car(vomited all ove service. From the valet, service check in, parts dept. 5 stars. I went to have a roof rack attached and someone had vandalized my car(vomited all over it) in Manhattan. The crew washed my car and put in roof rack for no charge. And they we lovely about it. Thanks Audi Meadowlands! More

Audi recall for airbags service I called the parts dept. to ask if the replacement airbags were in stock yet and the parts manager checked for me and put them aside for me. Then on I called the parts dept. to ask if the replacement airbags were in stock yet and the parts manager checked for me and put them aside for me. Then on a Thursday, I called to made an appointment to have the airbags replaced and I was given an appointment for the following Monday. When I brought my car in for the service, I was greeted and taken right away and the service was performed quickly within 1 hour, with a complimentary car wash. More
