I recently purchased a vehicle from these folks. I bought one years ago as well and it was good. This time the process was great. Salesperson was really nice and helped me through very well. He was not clear with me on the extended service plan and it felt underhanded to me. It did get handled with the general manager but this guy was rude and not forthcoming in the way he dealt with me. They won't agree as I'm just a number in a machine but that was my experience and yes, it counts for something. More

The biggest thing I appreciate about Allen Turner is his unwillingness to sell out to the other dealerships like step one and others. Aside from that first point, the staff are rather exceptional, the price unwillingness to sell out to the other dealerships like step one and others. The salesman, Mike, that assisted me was a good honest man that didnt try to push anything on me, he worked with me over three days while I considered my options and was nothing but kind while I made my mind up and squared my end away to be able to make the deal.
