Hello to one, hello to all! My name is Justin Schneider and I am a third generation Schneider to work with the dealership. My grandfather opened our dealership back in 69' and we haven't looked backed since. I am 23 years old and Graduated this past year from The University of Kansas and was itching to get back to what I love doing. Selling cars. The communication was incredibly poor - over a years span of time l, we received no communication unless it was self-prompted which made the wait incredibly questionable. As well as the buying process, we we of time l, we received no communication unless it was self-prompted which made the wait incredibly questionable. As well as the buying process, we weren't instructed how to prepare and had to assume - which left us having to make an extra trip out after our original planned day of pickup. Overall, understood the reasons for the waiting period - but the communication and the customer experience was extremely poor. More

I encountered a very arrogant salesman named Justin and a worse sales manager named Chris. I appreciated not having to pay above sticker price for my Tacoma TRD Pro, but they made up for it on my trade in. I worse sales manager named Chris.
