Hello to one, hello to all! My name is Justin Schneider and I am a third generation Schneider to work with the dealership. My grandfather opened our dealership back in 69' and we haven't looked backed since. I am 23 years old and Graduated this past year from The University of Kansas and was itching to get back to what I love doing. Selling cars. Chad and his team found me a great replacement for my very tired 19 year old Mazda 6 Wagon and had me on the road in just a few days. Justin is a very friendly and knowledgeable young man who as used car salesman explained the features of my “new” Certified 2017 RAV4 and worked with me to understand the features and controls. Ryan was very friendly while providing my loan documents and taking time with me to understand them. Truly a pleasure to work with. I am looking forward to getting to know the RAV4 in all weather conditions and feel confident Metro Toyota will tend to my questions in the future. More

Metro Toyota's crew feels to be genuinely interested and invested in the customer experience. Ryan, Justin, Jeremy, and Chris were all remarkably sincere. I travel all over the US for work but regardless of invested in the customer experience. Ryan, Justin, Jeremy, and Chris were all remarkably sincere. I traveled 4 hours from Cincinnati to Cleveland several times alone for my most recent trade-in and the experience here made the travel easily justifiable. More

This was such an easy dealership experience. Justin in sales was good in explaining what a car's features were, and that a similar model similar to what I had initially ordered was available to Justin in sales was good in explaining what a car's features were, and that a similar model similar to what I had initially ordered was available to me, and at just the right time too, as my old Jeep started to fall apart. Ryan was great in finance was great in explaining all my options for financing and what warranty did what. He was understanding when I decided to back out of one warranty level to a lower level. I don't have any worries in my mind that I have been taken for a ride, and I know exactly what I spent my money on. Lastly, this dealership didn't have any markups, from when I placed an order in August 2022, to when a vehicle was available for purchase in June 2023. I will definitely come back to this dealership if I ever want another Toyota. More
