Tony Scherler was a great Salesman! Teresa Smart, Service Advisor, was very responsive and knowledgeable about the issue with my S450 Lane Keeping Assist error message. The Servic Teresa Smart, Service Advisor, was very responsive and knowledgeable about the issue with my S450 Lane Keeping Assist error message. The Service department quickly discovered that the camera view was restricted, removed the obstruction, and I picked up my car a few hours later. Star Motors provided me with a nice loaner vehicle, so that I was still able to make it to my office and complete my work day with minimal disruption. More

The BEST REPAIR SHOP IN THE USA TO DATE WAS XAVIER IN NEWBURG NEW YORK. WHEN CLIENTS DRIVE FROM MARY LAND TO NEWBURG NEW YORK FOR AN OIL CHANGE THAT SAYS ALOT ABOUT SERVICE and LOYALTY!!!! More
