I ended up buying a Passat and I am in love with it! We all dread buying a car - the haggling and the entire process - but this was quick, fun and painless! Jay was incredibly patient, as it took me 3 days to decide what I wanted. This is not your normal car dealership - they are not pushy at all. When I finally decided on a car, I went back to sign the paperwork and I was only there for about an hour! To my surprise, Jay lowered my payment by $4.00 less than what we agreed on! I am FOREVER buying my cars at this dealership and I will FOREVER work with Jay! I can not say enough good things about Jay and the dealership! More

Poor inspection of used vehicles 3 weeks ago I purchased a 08 Infiniti G37. Was told that all used cars go through a multipoint inspection to assure safety and reliability. Today on m 3 weeks ago I purchased a 08 Infiniti G37. Was told that all used cars go through a multipoint inspection to assure safety and reliability. Today on my way to work I began to hear a clanking sound. Made it to the parking lot and the Lower BOLT!!!! To the drivers front caliper is missing. Nothing else looks damaged. Now I have 8 Years automotive dealership experience prior to changing career paths. So I took a look. Now the thread are good on the bracket and I don’t believe that it’s been missing this whole time. What I do believe is that during World VW’s Service departments multipoint inspection. They either removed the caliper to inspect the pads or just didn’t make sure all of the bolts and lug nuts on the car were torqued and secure. So I called and was told the car has no warranty and there is nothing they can do (I was told 30 days) but whatever the paper states, is what it is. That’s beside the point. I can replace a bolt(probably a buck or two), that’s easy but this could have been a lot worse than what it was. Thank god the bolt didn’t get lodged in the wheel well somewhere or blow out my tire possibly causing an accident. Someone in that service department is not doing their job. There is no reason that bolt should have fell or wiggled out, especially going to a major part on the car that is my braking system. So I won’t bother to call back, I won’t bother to check the warranty paperwork (even if I’m right). I just want everyone who buys a used car from this dealership to have them put it on a lift and check all the bolts to steering and suspension. That way you know your vehicle is reliable and thoroughly checked. Good Luck! More

Probably easier to do for a new car but we were buying a used certified car and they were able to accommodate us. They let us know right away once they had it. We came down, took it for a spin and were out the door with the vehicle in short order. It was detailed and ready by the front door by the time we finished signing the paperwork. World VW of Neptune gets what car buying should be like! More

WINNING with World Volkswagen of Neptune! Literally...WINNING!! We proudly entered our Low Mileage Original 1988 VW Cabriolet (purchased from World VW) into a local VW/Audi Show called "Summer Literally...WINNING!! We proudly entered our Low Mileage Original 1988 VW Cabriolet (purchased from World VW) into a local VW/Audi Show called "Summer Sizzle" (hosted by a local VW Club - SPVWC)...AND, took honors of being placed into the Top 10 Water-cooled VWs entered!! A little background...so, my wife has wanted a VW Cabriolet/Rabbit for 30 years now, and with this beautiful find at World VW, we jumped at the opportunity to make her dream become reality! We worked with several employees at World VW along the way...all were courteous, honest, and helpful. We are 3 hours west in PA, so we tremendously valued the staff taking the time they did to speak to us about the car, sending additional pictures, and painting a picture of this vehicle - making us feel at ease as we set a date to head east and kick the tires on this prize vehicle.
