Justin is quite possibly the worse service advisor ever. First off he talks so quiet it’s as if he’s in a library, you can hardly hear every other word. Second, he has no idea what he is talking about, on a First off he talks so quiet it’s as if he’s in a library, you can hardly hear every other word. Second, he has no idea what he is talking about, on a $50 part he says + labor I rounded it up to $500. How the xxxx is labor $450? Justin must be getting paid directly for the labor because that is out right xxxxxxxx. Also I came this Hyundai a month ago for an oil change package that includes all fluid top offs, now after a month I come back and find out I need brake fluid, that Justin wants to charge me $150 for. I asked him why wasn’t it topped off at the oil change, he responded with it’s only topped off if it’s needed. So what is when it’s needed? When it’s bare minimum brake fluid so instead of it being topped off it’s just nothing is going to be done at all. These service reps and this dealership is a scam and their mechanics are frauds. This dealership is the epitome of why people don’t trust dealerships. I wouldn’t recommend this Hyundai or any Hyundai to anyone after this place. Great job setting a terrible example for you franchise. More
